No picture, but light blue screen. Can hear sound.

Make sure the video cables are securely connected and adjust the contrast/brightness. Make sure the correct video mode is selected. Make sure the incoming signal is compatible. Make sure the antenna/cable is connected correctly. Check the closed caption settings. Some TEXT modes can block the screen.

Model LGXBR446 VCR/DVD Recorder, Have to go input on the TV to get the unit to Play, Does not play Automatically when turned on an disk or VCR inserted, Also the color is not correct

I think I know what the "skin tones blue" problem is-you probabaly have the composite video(for the old video-on-one-cord format) connected to the blue of the component video input.(component video is the red/blue green RCA type connectors).

I am getting a blue screen whenever i turn on my ps3. Ive tried resetting the system several times and can not find the solution. Audio works just a blue screen on the t.v.

Hi,
You said the sound works but you get a blue screen on the TV, check your TV if it is set properly.
Make sure the Input is correct on the TV to shoe the Video coming from the console and check if the cable connections are properly connected to the TV and the console video output and input.
Also try it on a different TV to see if the issues is with the TV or the Console itself if on a different TV and the issue is still the same the issue is the Video output from the console but to check further more try a different cable, borrow one or maybe buy a new one just to see and eliminate possible causes of the Blue screen issue.
I hope this helps.

Ps2 turns on and tv is on correct channel. We hear it but it does not show up on tv screen.

This is could be two problems 1 the cords 2 the connections
try putting a new set of cords if that dont work you have a bad connector on the tv or on the ps2 also try hooking up with av cables and hdmi cables/

My sanyo 42 inch plasma has a blue screen, i can hear the sound on the tv but screen remains blue. can u help please

Be sure your channel settings are correct and that you have proper orientation of the hook up cables. See if your remote has a video-mute if so turn it off...a video-mute will produce a blue or black screen. To be sure its not the tuner that's enter the menu screen if you can see the menu then the tuner is ok this means the down-stream video is functioning. Be sure to have all your input devices set to the correct output ports. If all check good and still blue screen then the logic section is not processing video codecs and needs servicing.

The play station turns on but the menu is not coming up. The wave line is on the screen of the TV

Same problem just happened to me. Playing a game and the game froze. Sat there in shock for about 10 to 15 seconds and the screen went black. Shut it off. Now every time I go to turn it back on again it starts up, I get the PS3 logo and then the blue wave starts. About 5 seconds after that the wave starts to lag and then nothing.... Stays on the lagging blue wave screen... THIS BLOWS!!!!!!!!!!!

Our Will will not display any pictures. We can

Of course, double check all the cords are connected properly, my cat loves to play with mine, and is always unplugging stuff. Then make sure that you have the correct "video input" setting on the TV, this can be checked by hitting the button on the remote labelled, "video" or "input", scroll through them all, while the Wii is on, other than that, I would need more info on the type of TV and connection set up.

    Blank TV screen

Was an auxillary input accidently selected? Try selecting inputs to see if this straightens it out. What model set do you have?
