Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
Have been through a painful customer service experience with Canon UK with my 13 month old MP540. Seems to be a common problem according to their service centre - it is normally a faulty ink purge pump which costs 50 GBP labour 40 GBP to replace it. Basically uneconomic to repair. Shame on Canon - good print quality - but drinks ink like a drunk in bar anyway. Canon Customer service - don't bother with the cost of a call.
Find a skip - chuck it in - and buy a new (non Canon) product :)
