Hey GEEK1,

If you are having difficulty with your Bose 321 home theater system, there are a couple of options you can pursue at any given time.

For a good majority of electronics, you may always contact the manufacturer directly for technical support and repairs. Most products will typically carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty, though some products have been known to carry up to three or five years of coverage. You can reach Bose by either visit their website at www.Bose.com, or by calling their toll-free hotline at 1-(800)-367-4008.

Alternatively, you may always bring products that are in need of repairs to a Geek Squad ® agent at your local Best Buy™ store location. Best Buy™ technicians are able to perform repairs on most products we sell, and even on products sold through other retailers.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron

Trying to hook up Bose AV 321 media system to Samsung LED TV model

You can use a Optical to Analog audio adaptor (found all over the internet for under $30). You'll also need an optical cable that goes between the adaptor and TV. Be sure to set the audio output on the TV settings to PCM audio output, otherwise there will be no output.

Your LG tv should have an optical output socket,if your surround system has one as well,(input) then connect an optical lead from the tv to the system, then select either input 1 or opti 1(depending on your system) you will then get the sound from whatever you are watching on the tv

I have a Bose 321 system. The DVD is stuck in the closed position. It reads it will open or close but nothing happens. Any suggustions?? Thank you.

unplug it and wait two minutes and plug it back in. That will often reset everything. IF that doesnt do it for u then get a small paper clip and straighten it out. use the paperclip wire and push in on the small hole next to the dvd drawer. that is the manual releast.

Unable to get play dvd or get picture on DVD channell on tv

If the player is doing that for all DVDs but playing CDs properly, the player has gone bad due to either the laser and lens being out of whack or the DVD drive just doesn't recognise DVDs anymore and needs repaired or replaced.

Sorry. Best of luck.

Hi, I bought Bose 3 2 1 SERIES 11 Home system. but i cannot play wedding dvds on my system. All hollywood movies plays ok. I tried Verbatim DVD R & DVD-R there is no picture but the sound is there....

I would say that as with many manufacturers, the Bose 3-2-1 is meant to play Dual Layer DVDs. Since they hold data on 2 separate layers of the disc, these hold twice the amount of data than the Dvd+r or -r that you're using. When the Bose system tries to read the 2 layers and only finds one it, will not recognize the dvd. If you don't have a Dual-Layer burner and Dual Layer discs to burn to, you should upgrade your burning equipment. They're not that expensive these days. Cheers!

the easiest is for you to use component out and take the 3 video outputs to tv and the 2 phono to the sound.
