There is no way to make this screen go away. It sounds to me like an issue with a corrupt iTunes file on your iPad. I suggest backing everything up and restoring your iPad. If this does not work, I suggest giving the iTunes Technical Department a call and see what they say (they will notify you if this is something they'll have to charge $50/call for or not, most times it's something simple and they won't)

Ave a lock screen on my Ipad and cant remeber my apple ID

If your iPad is disabled, the only way to unlock it is to completely erase and reset it. If you have a backup, you'll be able to restore it, otherwise you'll lose all of your data. There is no way to unlock a disabled iPad unless you use the correct passcode or you erase it. And the following guidance will show you how to unlock a disabled iPad with iTunes.

Step 1. Connect your iPad to the computer with via a USB cable that your iPad has trusted.
Step 2. Launch iTunes. If you've synced your iPad with iTunes, then no "enter password" is required.
Step 3. iTunes will automatically sync your iPad and create a backup file. If it doesn't, you should sync your iTunes and create a backup file manually by clicking "Back up Now" in the Summary window.
Step 4. In the Summary window, you can see the option "Restore iPad". Click it to reset your iPad. Once the reset process is complete, you'll be taken through the iPod's initial setup process.
Step 5. Select "Restore from iTunes backup" during the setup process. This will load the backup that you created so that all of your data is restored.

Why doesn't the touch work on my ipad

The iPad's touch screen should always work, unless it froze. Try and restart the iPad (hold down the button on the top edge, close to the camera lens until the iPad turns itself off, normally a few seconds). If it doesn't work after a restart, you may need to reinstall the system, which you can do from iTunes (attach the iPad to your computer, open iTunes and choose 'Restore iPad' - you need internet connection to download new system). Have iTunes back up your iPad before restoring it, if possible, or data will be lost.
If none of this is possible, you may need a repair at a service centre. Good luck! :)

How can I delete my data from an iPad 2 whose display is black & unreadable?

Hi David,
I think this will help you please refer to below steps:

  1. Make sure the iPad battery is charged above 20% ( we would recommend at least 40 - 50 %). If you are not sure charge you tablet for at least 30 -40 minutes.
  2. Make sure iTunes is not running on your computer but is ready to be run.
  3. Temporally disable firewalls and other security software to prevent interference with iTunes.
  4. Make sure your tablet is disconnected from the dock or USB data cable that equips the gadget . Nevertheless USB cable must be plugged into your PC or MAC.
  5. Make sure your PC or MAC is awake and its screen saver is turned off.
  6. Simultaneously press and hold down the Wake/Sleep button and the Home button and wait until "slide to power off" screen appears. Don't do anything after its appearing, just keep holding Wake/Sleep and Home buttons until Apple tablet will power off.
  7. Release the Wake/Sleep button once Apple tablet is off , but continue to hold the Home button
  8. Holding the home button, connect the USB data cable to iPad. When you reconnect the USB cable, tablet should power on and you should see a message on your PC/MAC display saying that iTunes has detected an iPad in Recovery Mode
  9. After you detected this message, release the home button and press OK on iTunes pop-up to confirm the restore option.
  10. Do not touch iconic tablet and you computer while iTunes downloads and installs the fresh copy of firmware on your iPad. You will be notified by iTunes when iPad is successfully restored, but... in a while, you will get an message saying that the iPad isn't recognized. Don't panic. This is because all user content on iPad including activation status was erased during restoration.
  11. Disconnect iPad from iTunes ,unplug from computer and turn off.
  12. Turn iPad on and using iTunes activate it on any computer you have. Apple currently allows up to 5 computers to be authorized for each iPad.

How do I unlock a disabled ipad 2?

First try to reset the iPad, by pressing both the home button and the on / off button, till the apple logo comes on the screen. Then try again. You should have a password for you Apple account, because that will be asked. If you don't have an account name for the device not worth trying, because it will be blocked anyway.
If this does not work, why not try one in this link?

Ipad is disabled

ipad disables itself after entering password incorrectly for numerous time
if there is a time displayed on the ipad like 20mins or something and you know your pin just wait and then enter your pin
if it show like 21000 minutes you will need to restore
if you have you ipad backed up to itunes then there is no problem for you
just connect ipad to itunes and hit the restore button
it will restore the ipad and you can then get all your stuff back from your back up
if you dont have a back up then you are going to lose your contents

if all else fails put the device into DFU mode (connect device to computer with usb cable, turn off device, hold power button for 2 sec, while pressing the power button press the homebutton, keep holding both for 10 sec(or till you hear the usb sound in windows))

then restore the ipad through itunes
hope this helps

Ipad said disabled

please follow this step and fix it. God bless you

Corrupted software

It isn't often that Apple gives specific directions about how to fix your problem! Restoring the iPad will erase everything on it, so make sure everything on the iPad is stored elsewhere prior to restoring. To restore, connect your iPad to a computer with the latest version of iTunes installed. When your iPad appears under the devices menu, click the restore option under the summary tab. If you haven't backed up your data already, choose the back up option from the pop up window. Click the restore button to restore your Touch to factory spec.

Bad logic board

If attempting to restore the iPad and diagnosing does not fix the problem, the issue is probably the logic board.
