Re: tv pops when turned on.
This unit most likely has a number of bad connections inside. The 4 blinks indicate a problem witht he vertical circuit and the 7 are with the horizontal high voltage circuit. I'd try looking for bad solder joints and resoldering them first. Report back if that does not resolve the problem. I suspect that the set will still fail but with only 1 of the listed blink codes. If that is the case, we'll start looking for faulty parts in that circuit.

Type in this link address, [without brackets] either to Google Search Box or into the Address Bar to your browser and press Enter. It has all the details about blinking codes of Sony Sets.
If the blink repeats the same number of times (up to 6 or 7) between pauses, the number of blinks is a trouble code. Determine that number (count), then search this site and the web for your TV model and that code. Also look on the rear of the set for the chassis number, and search on that keyword.
My Sony KV 32HV600 will not turn on,

Which circuit board should I change or send in for repairs?
definately there is a loose contact as you have ezplained.
please check connector or some print loose or parts loose in power supply.
if it is ok then check h/output section for loose or print break.
it is not a major problem &can fixed ar home.
no need to change board remove board &check for print.
it requires tech knowledge.
Problem 1. Color patches at lower corners. These are caused by magnetic sources close to the TV. Do you have any Speakers close to the sides of the TV? Are they Magnetically sheilded? No? Move them away from the TV. Problem should then resolve itself in a couple of days.
Problem2. Screen Slumping. Most likely a problem with the Pin cushion correction ckts. Get a good technician to have look. cost should not be much. Under 100$ plus Technician fees.
