Try holding the switch down for a few seconds until it starts. Mine won't start if you just punch the button. Also make sure you are plugged into a live power source. If the gps hasn't been used for a while the battery is probably drained down.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I am trying to obatin a copy of the coroners report for my dad who passed away in hospital

Hi Debra.
Try contacting the Hospital Administrator where your Dad was a patient. They should be able to help you or at least, provide you with the information and phone number that you need. Hope this helps.

Retriveing messages on old Mokia phone from my dad who has passed away.

Sorry, but voice message are not stored on the phone itself. They are stored by the telephone service provider and relate to the telephone number at the time. In any event, these messages are normally stored for a limited time by the provider so even if your phone number was still active (on another phone) they would likely be gone now.

Cannot insert destination

system wont let you change it while you drive, need to park your car or at least stop . I had the same issue and i though i can cheat this by installing bay pass on the parking brake but system detects motion through GPS and shades icons right away. If its not it , it could be problem with wire conections , check wires with manual instalation

I got a garmin 1300 from my dads stuff when he passed in nov it wont work ive tried everypassword i could think of and none work his house is not his safe place so what is and how can i get it unlocked...

Hello,

Sorry to hear about your father.

You can reset the GPS to factory defaults which should clear the password. I wrote a tech article on how to perform a factory reset. You can view it by clicking here.

Toward the bottom of the article you will find directions on how to perform a hard reset of the device.

Let me know if you have any questions.

NUVI 200W Another PIN Unlock Question...

No, there is no way to reset the PIN with software. Your only options are the enter the correct PIN, take the unit to the location at which the PIN was entered, or send the unit to Garmin.
