Question about Bose Wave Radio
My Bose Wave Radio just stopped playing CDs. I get the "disk unreadable" error when I attempt to play one.
The tech guys at BOSE told me to unplug for a few minutes then try it again. This didn't work. And since my unit can't read a disk, I assume running a lens cleaner is pointless, as it has to 'read' that disk as well. Or am I mistaken on that point? Really appreciate your input on this. Thanks! Good afternoon, exact same problem and I did the power on/power off the last time this happened and that seemed to correct it but now this solution will not work.

It sounds like the laser has gotten out of alignment. Are you still within the warranty period?
