SOURCE: ruud silhouette II furnace
Yes. On the board mounted inside the furnace box. There will be a series of posts that have numbers printed below each post. The heat motor uses low speed so it should be a sort of fat (larger than most of the other wires) red wire attached to one of the posts. If the wire is on 60, for example, then move it to the next lower post, like 30. unplug the cord on the furnace first. The wire SHOULD be red but may be blue, don't let the color guide you, look for the place where the wires go. If you find the place I'm talking about and the wire is black, then let me know, because its wired to high speed, which is wrong. I will help you.

SOURCE: Ruud furnace won't stay lit.
Hi, welcome to Fixya. If you have spark ignition turn off the power and using sand cloth clean the rod(s) and hood of the spark ignition. If it is a Hot Surface Igniter (glow coil) look on the opposite end of the burners and you will see a rod protruding in to the flame. It's called a flame sensor. Clean it with the sanding cloth. If either of these works then you bought some time but should consider replacing the part fairly soon. Please report back to let us know your progress. Good luck.

disconnect the power. the flame rod is located at the end of the last burner. Gently remove it from its cradle and use a pencil eraser or a piece of scotch brite pad. If it doesnt allow the gas valve to stay opened after that, you should replace it

Between the burners is a small rail in the pressed steel where the flame runs across to light the other burners and it sounds like there is dirt or debris in the step over rails causing the problem. You will need to use some compressed air on those rails to clear them out. Once the rails are clear the other two burners should ignite right away.
