Maybe the MP3 player thinks it has a fully charged battery, but it might have a damaged or deteriorated battery. If it turns on while charging, it's a battery problem.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Computer doesn't reboot after turning off.

You could have a power supply problem. Start up is ******* a ps until it is fully up an running. You may have bulged caps in the power so that takes awhile to full charge up. I would start there. No other reason for it to do that because it runs fine after it gets started.

My w1 cherry mobile doesn't turned on even the battery is full

1.Check the device's battery level for at least two bars of strength.
2.If the battery level is low, charge the battery.
3.If the issue is not resolved, remove the back cover.
4.Remove the battery.
5.Wait 10 seconds.
6.Press and hold the W key.
7.While pressing down the W key, re-insert the battery.
•The device restarts and after approximately 15 seconds, the 'Recovery' screen appears
•Release the power button but *continue holding the home button*, for another 30 seconds.
Step
Thanks

If i plug my player to pc it shows charging and full charge but if i disconnect it will appear lowbat in the screen. and my pc doesn't dettect my unit

Try turning off the player and then back on again. The battery status should update and show full charge. Restart your PC and reconnect the player and it should appear again.
Simply pulling out the USB cable can cause a communication error, so it's always best to use the 'Eject USB device' option. When you want to disconnect, the player will be listed as an external hard drive when you open up 'My Computer', right click on the drive and select 'Eject'.
