A fault is detected in the hot water valve. It's either the connection to it is broken or the valve solenoid is open circuit. Pop the console open and you'll see the water inlet chamber beneath console where the inlet valves are located. Check the connections and make sure it is properly connected then check the resistance of the hot water valve on the right. Replace the valve if it reads open. Double check the connections both at the valve and the motor controller module including the continuity of the harness. The motor controller is malfunctioning if the hot valve coil and the harness are all good and making the necessary connections. But if the fault code appeared when the machine is powered off while spinning, there is no actual fault at all.

Did you follow what is instructed in the first post? The valve must be replaced only when the resistance reads open. Please read and follow the instructions carefully.

Fisher and paykel intuitive washer what is a code 50 please

50. (00110010) Phase 2 to 5 - Hot Valve Fault
The Motor Controller has measured a voltage from the valve diagnostic circuit that indicates
that the hot valve is faulty. The most likely cause is that the valve harness has not been
connected correctly.
Primary Source - Wiring
Action - Check valve harnesses are correctly fastened to valves.
Secondary Source - Water Valves
Action - Check valve coils are not faulty ( open circuit ). If either of these valves are low
impedance it is likely that the Motor Control output has also failed, in which case replace Motor
Controller and valve(s).
NB. Phase 5 can give fault code 50 when Smartdrive powers off while spinning. In this case
there will be no fault.

Fault code 00XX000X on GW612 washer

Hi just read your posting. This fault code indicates you have a COLD WATER VALVE FAULT.The lights you marked with --x-- are the ones that are lit.Is this correct? What you need to do is to test the valve coil for OHMS resistance. It should be around 60 to 63 ohms. The water valves are located under the top panel. Please reply to tell me how you got on or if you need further assistance.

What is error code 136 on a fisher & paykel IW709AU top load washer

136 fault is 'motor stall'...Quite often this is a broken wire to the motor. However it could also be a Motor fault, or Rotary Position Sensor problem. Water damage can cause this fault as well. After a visual check for broken wires or water damage, and if your machine is in good condition, you should consider a tech....Good luck...Nomess

Our Fisher & Paykel Washing Machine is not spinning. It gets to the spin cycle and sits there counting down. The fault code eventually said Service fault 37. What does that mean?

Emptied washer, tipped it on its side, detached drainage pipes underneath, and pulled out old fabric/lint/blockage with tweezers. Plugged in, switched on, all good.

Fisher & paykel intuitive Fault code 136

Sounds like a motor problem Check the motor harness, connectors and motor for discontinuity. This can be done by taking a resistance measurement between phases of the motor harness at the motor control mudule end.should be approx 32 ohms. You can also check at the motor,I have seen a few open circuit connections where the motor connections (spade clips) Push into the plastic motor housing,Hope this helps.
