Question about Logitech Computers & Internet
Hello, and thanks for using FixYa.
Reconnect the receiver to a port that is directly on the case of the computer. Then press on the connect button on the receiver, then on the mouse and then on the receiver again and then on the keyboard. Leave out the mouse if its just a wireless keyboard.
Hopefully it will function better now.
If the problem remains test the keyboard with another computer, it could be faulty, logitech has great 3-5 year warranty on their keyboards if yours doesn't work properly on another machine, it confirms something is wrong with it.
Please let me know if you require further assistance or if you have any questions.
