I think your charging pin inside the mp3 is broken and not working so give it for repairing it will help alot. Thanks and please rate.. :)

Mine had exactly the same problem, it was playing and then it froze, I switched it off and it didn’t switch back on and my computer didn't register it. To fix it, just get the back of a pin or a needle and on the back of the player, press in the reset button. It is marked. It worked with mine. Hope this helps.
