Cant get Axis and Allies patch axis_133 to work and the game doesnt work properly on vista

Have you tried running the setup in Compatibility mode?

Have you tried running the game under compatibility mode? Right-click on the shortcut, and choose properties/compatibility, then choose an OS shell. That shoulod be able to run it.

Yes there is a patch, it can be found here: http://ewarzone.com/aa.html After installing the patch if it still doesn't work, right click on the program and try "Run as Administrator".

You probably need to patch the game for the latest version you can get it here and it makes it run flawlessly on Windows vista (im not to sure about 7)

1- right-click one the main running file (.exe)
2- choose "properties"
3- select "compatibility" tab.
4- in "compatibility Mode" try different windows (like windows 2000)
5- run the game.

Is it an old game? If so, try right-clicking the icon and clicking run as administrator

Right click on the game icon, select properties and select the compatibility tab. From there check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" box and select Windows XP (Service Pack 2). It might be good to also check "Disable visual themes" and "Disable desktop composition" Hope it helps.

Axis & Allies is designed to be used with Operating System: Windows 98/SE/Me/2000/XP, therefore I'd suggest to run your Axis & Allies in Vista using Compatibiliity Mode --> Right click on the program icon--> properties-->Compatibility--> select one of the versions above
