If you are able to lift the vehicle safely onto jack stands, you may be able to get under. With the coolant topped off, and using a flash light, you may be able to determine where the hose goes. Most likely the hose clamp rusted and broke off.
You can also pressure test the coolant system which will tell you where the coolant is leaking from
