Hello,
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure. It sounds to me that you may have a pump problem or the trigger assm or water release valve below the water holding tank is bad are the 3 things that I can think of for now.

Try contacting your local vac dealer in your area and I will also supply you with a couple of phone #’s listed below. So if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages, or contact the factory phone number or website to further assist you with your questions.

Hello,
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure.
It is very possible that your hose or tube could be clogged, the best way to check it is to start from the top where the suction starts and back track until there is no suction. You can use a wire coat hanger and create a hook on the end to be able to fish it down the hose or the tube and if you find an obstruction that is what the hook is for, to pull out the clog. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact your local vacuum claner dealer in your area.
