the PUK is unique to each mobile phone network provider dial #06# into phone to ger IMEI which may be needed to give to network provider for them to look up what the PUK code is

A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM card that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. If your SIM card becomes locked, you will need to get a PUK code from your service provider to unlock your SIM card. You only get ten chances to enter a PUK before the SIM card becomes permanently disabled.

You can also look the back of the SIM pack, the PUK code is written on it. Or call your service provider. When you enter this PUK code it will request for a new code enter code and your phone will come up.

PUK codes are code usually found on the sim packs. Try looking at you sim pack, there is a black and white colored paper there and when you open it, the PUK code is there.

Pin code is a security code of your sim card, not the phone. Please look your subscription form or contact your service provider for the puk code.

When someone enters wrong pin code for a defined time, the pin and the sim is locked. you then have to use a longer puk code to unlock it. both pin and puk is provided by network operator.

PUK codes are available only from your Carrier like t-mobile or AT&T. you need to contact them and they will easily provide you with one. Entering too many wrong codes will burn out your sim card. So don't try too many wrong codes.

it seems that your simcard are looking for PUK number.
PUK means Pin Unblocking Code..1234 is the default code for your SIm or u have to contact service provider to getting PUK..

another option if you remember the time when you buy your sim card it has a small envelope
please check if you still have it.

look for a small piece of paper it contains the PUk numbers such as PUK 1 and PUK 2.
but if you already lost it we do not have any other chance just to buy a new simcard.


PUK are only related to a simcard of your mobile.

the worst problem if you input 3x or 4x of wrong number # of PUK your sim will be permanently block so if you encode 2x already don't try again untill you did not find the PUK number or you will going to change a new sim and all your files save in simcard will be lost be carefull.

first i think u know ur IMEI no *#06#  some 15 no...give ur imei no to the place where u buyed the sim or any sim solder place they will give the puk code............

your cell carrier is the only one that has the PUK codes! call them to get it!
Reset the PUK code and then you can reset your pin!

Phones doesnt need Puk Codes, Simcards does. So Contact the supplier of simcard for puk code otherwise buy new starterpack.
