This is what happens to inactive accounts

If you haven't signed in for the last 270 days, I'm sorry to inform you that your account has been marked as inactive. Free Windows Hotmail accounts become inactive if you don't sign in for more than 270 daysVIA WEB BROWSERor within the first 10 days after signing upVIA WEB BROWSERfor an account.

After an account becomes inactive, all messages, folders, and contacts are deleted. Incoming messages will be sent back to the sender as undeliverable.Your account name is still reserved. However, if the account stays inactive for an additional 90 days, the account name may be permanently deleted.

If you don't use your Windows Live ID for 365 days, your Windows Live ID will be permanently deleted and the address will be put back into available addresses.

sorry to break the bad news to you though

My camera has "deleted" all

Sorry.
There is no way you can get them back - they have been completely erased.
I have done this before to my camera by accident - it is very frustrating - you just want to throw it out the window.
Sorry i can't help.

I accidently deleted my gamertag that has Xbox Live and my saved achievements in it and I don't know how to get it back

To recover your Gamertag from Xbox LIVE:
  1. Sign out from all of your profiles. The fastest way to do this is to press the Xbox Guide button, press X, and select Yes, sign out.
  2. Select Recover Gamertag.
  3. Follow the directions on the screen. NoteYou can enter information using a USB keyboard plugged into a controller port, the Xbox 360 Chatpad (sold as part of the Xbox 360 Messenger Kit), or your Xbox 360 controller and the on-screen virtual keyboard.
  4. When you're finished, your profile will be downloaded from Xbox LIVE to your console and you'll see your avatar in the Sign In area. You're good to go! NoteIf you're a minor, you'll be asked to supply Windows Live ID credentials for your parent, who will need to be present to complete the procedure. Your parent will need his or her own Windows Live ID and a valid e-mail address.

Cant sign in to xbox live because when i try it says enter pass code

If you have forgotten your pass code, and if you have to remove it to sign into Xbox LIVE, follow these steps:

Note The following steps apply only to Xbox LIVE online profiles. When you delete an offline profile, you lose any Gamerscore that is associated with the profile. You also lose achievements and statistics that are associated with the profile.
  1. Delete the profile for which you forgot the pass code. To delete a profile, follow these steps:
    1. In the My Xbox area, select System Settings.
    2. Select Memory.
    3. Select the memory device on which your profile is stored.
    4. Select Gamer Profiles.
    5. Select the profile that you want to delete.
    6. Select Delete. When you are prompted, select Delete Profile Only.
  2. In the Xbox LIVE section of the Xbox Dashboard, select Recover Gamertag from Xbox Live.
  3. Select Yes when you receive the following message: To join Xbox LIVE, you must exit your current session.
  4. Enter the gamertag for which you want to remove the pass code, and then select Done.
  5. Select Next.
  6. In the E-mail Address section, type the Windows Live ID credentials (the e-mail address and password that you use to sign in to the Windows Live ID) that are associated with your gamertag, and then select Done.
  7. Enter the password for the Windows Live ID account, and then select Done.
  8. Select Sign In.
  9. If you want to set the pass code again, follow the steps to set an Xbox LIVE pass code.
