Your best bet is to have a certified plumber look at this. Any plumber worth his salt should be able to sort this out and it would not have to be a ceda plumber per say.
One problem you may run up against is finding a suitable part or fixture to make the repair depending on where the leak is found. As this company is bust that may become an issue and you may even need to have a replacement part fabricated.

You will need to replace the hose to the on/off water inlet and temp control tap, otherwise, the leakage will not stop, you can check manualsonline.com for the manual of your device.
