Please do not sit in a tub that is, or claims to be, above 100 degrees F - unless there is a trained, licensed doctor or therapist watching you. 108 is deadly - don't find out by accident.

I think there is something seriously wrong with your tub - you need a pro to look at it. Your tub should not heat above 100 and it should only heat if the pump is running. If it is heating with the pump not running, it will quickly burn out and possibly cause other, expensive troubles.

Don't think that's an error message? Could be letting you know heat is bypassed for Max setting?

Where is the drain on the Aruba Majestic Hot tub? I have never drained the tub and would like to keep it empty for a few months before refilling

the drain is located on the very lower left corner of the tub. (lower left is decribed as where the control panel is at the top, look at the bottom to find the plug and insert a hose to keep the water flowing away from the tub.

Code FL1

hi, this generally means a flow error and shows when the heater is looking to heat but there isn't enough pressure running through the heater tube. in this case the thermal overload sounds like it has tripped in the pump.
