Try checking the sound settings on your tv. You may want to change the output to PCI instead of dolby.

Volume will not raise - does this need a repair? Is this common ? Is there a wonderful set of earphones that would fix this. Office is on a very tight budget.

We have a Franke Evolution coffee machine and the fault 'E43 Motor Time Out' error keeps appearing. Could you please advise me what this fault is. Is it related to the upper head micro switches and if so...

E43 error motortime out refers to the brew unit not being "sensed" by the micro switch, the most common fault is the micro switch failing. other causes are the failure of the brewmotor itself, or bushes within the brewer. The micro switch is simple to replace as its obvious withits location. the other however will require the expertise of an engineer.

I have a Fender G-DEC Guitar amp and it has an output for recording, can I connect it to the BOSS MICRO guitar input? The Fender amp has many rhythm functions which I am very familar with, besides it has...

you can use the line in/mic stereo input, but you will have to turn the input level way down to around 1 or 2.

i assume that the record outputd a re rca outs. you can get a rca stereo to 1/8 inch stereo adapter, like the ones they use to connect protable cd palyers to recievers, and then get a 1/8 inch stereo to 1/4 inch stereo adapter form radio shack to complete the connection.

Connecting a turn table to a micro stereo system

You will need the following to connect this to that system:

1) Phono Pre-amp
2) 3.5mm to RCA adapter or 3.5mm 'Y' cable to RCA
3) Turntable

Your turntable will connect to the Phono Pre-Amp input. This pre-amp will also have an output. This output is RCA, from here you connect to your system using the 3.5mm adapter or cable.

That's it.

Bush tv picture

Do you have any large stereo speakers near your tv? They have large magnet in them. It sounds like your screen is magnetized Your set has an automatic de-magnetizing circuit built into it. This circuit could have failed. If you have large speakers near your tv, they need to be moved, but you did say that you're sure that no magnetic field was near your set. Stargazer
