Redistribute the load to make sure it is balanced or run a spin cycle without load then see how the cycle works. The next thing to check are the suspension rods. Those are the rods that connect to the four white ball joints and the tub. The rods and springs should be intact and the assembly must be properly attached to the tub.

There are no other possible reason for the unbalanced condition except the bearings. The only viable solution then is replacing both the tub and the basket bearings.

    Take
the basket out and check the balance rings for water accumulation.
Punch small holes through the balance rings to drain the water if
    there's any.

Whirlpool cabrio model 6300sw1 won't aggitate and gives ol code

It is overload error.
"oL" (Over Load)
Is the washer overloaded? The washer has attempted to fill •
and begin the wash cycle. If the washer is overloaded, it will
drain any water and detergent that was added during the fill.
To correct the overload, remove several items and add
detergent. Close lid and press START.

Wtw6600 washer has UL code and has trouble agitating and spinning.

The UL code means Unbalanced Load. Open the lid and move your clothes around so they are distributed evenly. Your spin cycle will then work normally.
