The head open is generated when the small microswitch on the left of the print head is damaged. Either you change with a new one or shunt it.

SOURCE: TOSHIBA TEC BSX-8T head open problem

Problem comes from two micro switches.
One on the left of the head and the second on the rollers at hte back.
Ensure that le lever at the back is up because it's in this position that it presses on the microswitch. If that is the case the your printer should turn ready.
Else open the printer an strap both switches by a bridge.

What are the minimum and maximum stakes I can make?

It will depend on the material from which you wish to manufacture the stakes, and the tools and equipment you use to do so.
Stakes can be so small you will need magnifying glasses to see them, to being so large they look more like telephone poles than stakes.
Please tell us which materials you wish to use, what you wish to hold with these stakes, and what tools you have to work with.

Where can I buy tent stakes?

Walmart have tent stakes that are reasonably priced and you can buy them individually which is really helpful. We lost just one of ours and I didn't want to replace the whole set. http://www.walmart.com/ip/COLEMAN-TENT-STAKES-10/13848624

I've lost the instructions for my Holiday Living #10243 6-outlet outdoor yard sake with digital easy set timer. How do I program the yard stake? thanks!

I think the Holiday Living yard stake is made by Woods.
GE sells identical 6-outlet yard stake for which I have a manual with clear instructions and images:
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/GE-15107-outdoor-timer-manual.pdf

Add a comment to help me identify your timer so others will be helped also.

If manual shown above is incorrect, open link below to view general list of yard stakes with manuals:

PAPER JAM

Paper jams can be tricky to solve. The paper is usually stuck inside the printer mechanism so even if there is no visible paper jam, you will still get the paper jam error. Try this:

1. Turn off your printer
2. Open all trays and remove any paper stuck there
3. Locate the button to open the printer, open it and remove any paper stuck there also.
4. Repeate the above step for all buttons that you can find to access the inside of the printer
5. Close all doors and put back all trays
6. Turn on your printer

How to remove heater core 2004 grand prix

The entire dash does not need to be removed.
Disconnect the heater inlet and outlet hoses which enter the firewall directly under the 'hard lines' for the AC'. near the center/driver side of the fire wall. Note: A cable operated clamp removal tool helps access. They sell them at Autozone in the 'OEM' tool section)
Remove the lower kick panels on both sides.
Remove the seats and console and carpet (to access and remove the duct which goes from the bottom of the heater core outlet cover to the back seat area)
Remove the outer heater core cover.
(Note: First time through the outer heater core cover is held on only by heat stakes, no screws. You need to break the head of each of these heat stakes (look like donuts) to remove the case.
Remove the inner heater core cover (also heat stakes).
Remove the heater core.
Installation is reverse of removal.
You'll need to drill the marked dimples next to each of the now broken heat stakes. Drill 5.5mm holes in cover in these areas and replace cover with screws which should be available from GM dealer.
