When ever i print a document with a .eps or .tif file ext the printer won't print the page instead it just prints off page after page of symbols. The only way i can get around this is by chaging the document to PDF first then printing it. Please help

Canon irc2250i printer, how do I scan as PDF automaticaaly instead of TIF

Scan and create PDF document You need to install a PDF printer driver on your computer first. There are quite a few freeware PDF writer programs on the Internet you can download one such as CutePDF.
From your computer SCAN your document then click on File - Print and select the PDF writer as the printer device. Then name and save the PDF file. To download Cutepdf PDF printer driver (freeware) click on this link :- http://www.cutepdf.com/

From the file > print dropdown menu only prints first page of multi-page document - will print all pages if using the printer icon in hotmail

Check in the file print option that ALL is selected instead of pages. If yes, delete printer from printer folder in control panel, unplug printer, replug printer, reinstall software. It will work fine.

Epson Stylus T10 printer prints out random symbols from PDF file

When you attempt to print, make sure you are using the correct printer. If you had an old printer before, its name will be still in the printers' list.
and unknowingly you may be trying to print with that printer. To check this:
Goto the File Menu -> select Print-> Highlight the printer you are currently using, and then Print.
I am pretty sure this will solveyour problem.
If it does, give a rating to this answer.
Have a good day.

PRINTING WINGDINGS WHEN I PRINT PDF FILES

Adobe PDF reader tends to print webdings/wingdings in its version 8 incarnation. Download FOXIT reader free from filehippo.com and try to print your document from that instead of Adobe. This nearly always fixes the problem. antosarmy

Brother MFC 8500

Hi, Make sure the rear cover is closed. 2. Usually when you get misc symbols on the printed page the machine couldn't recognize the print job. I would try printing something from another file and see if the problem occurs.

Won's print pdf files

Trouble with the HP Laserjet printed output may be solved by using the following settings (or similarly named ones): "Use raster Graphics" (instead of "Use vector graphics"). This may fix the problem of "reversed" text (white on black background) not printing, as well as other problems. "Download TrueType Fonts as bitmap soft fonts" (select "bitmap" instead of "outline" or "graphics"). This may remove the overlapping of text on the printed document. "Graphics dithering" select "coarse" or "fine" (instead of "none"). This selection may improve the quality of images contained in the document. You can find all these settings in your printer properties. Go to File, Print, click Preferences, in Printing Preferences, click one by one all the top options, and change one of the top solutions, one at the time, checking your printing output. Always check if you have the latest version of Adobe Reader Program. If not download the latest version from Adobe, it's free. Is this the first time that you have the problem? or with the same printer (HP 4si), did you were able to print PDF files in the past?
