There will be a reset option in settings, reset the phone and usually the icon should be back. if the problem persists then you will have to get the software reinstalled

Until you install WLsetup there will be NO icon. ask MS for then you can install it.

Not able to receive or send emails. No place on Screen for it!


Hi,
Check your Junk folder
1. Sign in to Outlook.com account.
2. Click on Junk on the left pane.
3. Check to see if the missing mail is in this folder.
4. If you see any messages that should have been delivered to the Inbox, click the Not Junk.
Check your Blocked sender list
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Under "Preventing junk email", click Safe and blocked senders.
4. Click Blocked senders.
5. In the Blocked senders list, select the name or domain (the part of an e-mail address that follows the @ sign, such as outlook.com) that you want to receive emails from.
6. Click << Remove from list.
Add the email address to your Safe senders list
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon .
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Under "Preventing junk email", click Safe and blocked senders.
4. Click Safe Senders.
5. In the text box, type in the email address or domain you'd like to always receive emails from.
6. Click Add to list >>.
Check your Email Rules
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Click Rules for sorting new messages under "Customizing Outlook".
2. Perform one of the actions as per your requirement:
Click Edit next to the rule that you want to edit.
Or
Choose the rule that you want to delete and click Delete.
Note: Not all international characters are supported as filters.
Check your Junk Mail Settings
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.
2. Select More Mail Options.
3. Under "Preventing junk email", click Filters and reporting.
3. Under "Choose a junk e-mail filter", choose the level of protection that you want, and then click Save. If the Exclusive level was set, all emails will go directly to your Junk folder except for messages from your contacts and email addresses that are in your safe senders, Outlook service announcements, and alerts that you signed for.
4. Click Save.
To go back to your inbox, click Outlook on the top left portion of the screen.
Check your Reply-to address
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Under "Writing email", click Reply-to address.
2. Select the radion button beside Current e-mail address.
3. Click Save.

Can't send or receive sms from my blackberry bold 9700


High there,

You need to determin if the SMS icon is hidden first.
Main menu > BB menu key > Show all.

If this is not the case you need to look into the message folder, found within your email icon and view folders. If SMS is missing then a handset wipe will be required.

hold the Power key and Home key for 30sec, it will reset the default icons... else go to settings,, under General go to Reset and reset all to default .

My email icon is missing... Just wondering how to get it back


Sir,may be the email icon is hidden to check this select a icon in main menu,press menu you get the option show all.Even after this if its not showing ask your service provider to send service books.Still u are not able to see the email icon then re-integrate that particular email logging into the your service provider website.

Blackberry 8310 curve unlocked, lost icons


As for the Emailing, You must have blackbeery email on the SIM card with the account that you are using. If you are not paying for blackbeery email, then the icon will not appear. As for the other icons, just download the latest firmware update from the O2 (which your phone was locked on) and install it to your computer. Then using the Blackberry desktop, click on the app loader and it will open the list of applications and simply click the ones that you want.
