Question about Insignia Sport MP3 Player
I bought a cartoon from Amazon Unbox digital media service. It downloaded to my PC just fine and I also downloaded the additional file needed to copy the cartoon to a device (my daughter's Insignia Sport 2GB Video MP3 player). Amazon says if your device is PlaysForSure compatible it should work OK (Documentation says the Insignia Sport 2GB* Video MP3 player is compatible).
The Amazon Unbox software recognizes the Insignia player and copies over the cartoon media file...but the player does not recognize or display the new video in the video menu.
I noticed that Amazon Unbox copied the video to a subfolder as follows: Video >> Amazon -- Does that make a difference? Please help me figure out why the player does not recognize/show the new video within its video menu....Thanks for your help!
.avi didn't work. But changing it to .wmv did.

The file extension is usually *.avi on Insignia players. So try renaming the file.
