There is no 'heating element' in a microwave oven unless it is a combination oven equipped with convection heating.
This model does not seem to include that.

If it was only a failure to heat, it could be a failed magnetron, but the fact that the turntable does not rotate, implies that a door switch has failed instead.

These may not be easily accessible so if the unit is not under warranty anhy more, you may be better off adding to the problem of waste disposal and replacing it with a new one.

One post in particular was disturbing:

If the microwave is 7 years old or less, there are too things that come to mind, defective magnetron, or the inverter board, cost should be considered when going ahead with repairs.

Lights, fan,etc work but turntable does not rotate and oven does not cook.

Sounds like the table motor may have an issue. You might want to consult you local repair depot for an estimate. Sometimes the repairs are more than the appliance...beware!

It's probably a bad door switch or door switch mount.

Could be the relay, an internal fuse. With the power off, open up the key panel and search for a fuse. Also, there are thermo sensors black, diameter of a dime and 3/8 inch thick with two wires. Check the fuse and replace if necessary. The thermo can be jumped out to test. Remove the wires, use a paper clip between them and tape it up. Briefly turn the unit on. Replace if it works now. The thermo is generally clamped to the wall of the oven behind the key panel. Never run without the thermo sensor.

The most likely causes are defective a door switch (or switch mount), a bad connection in the high voltage section, or on the controller. I would direct you to my safety text file and door switch text file for critical safety info anf info on testing & replacing door switches. You can find it via searching on Yahoo.com (not Google) for: microwave safety.txt After you check that out, please repost so we can hel you further.
