Question about Logitech Cordless Mouse
Hello, and thanks for using FixYa.
The sensor normally has a red light in the bottom of the mouse. if your mouse doesn't work try reconnecting it to the receiver, press the connect button on the receiver and then on the bottom of the mouse. if you have a keyboard then you need to do the same thing to the keyboard after the mouse.
Please let me know if you require further assistance or if you have any questions.
p.s. If it helps, go ahead and click on the 4 thumbs and leave a short comment. As this is the free side of fixya, the comments are the only reward I can get for helping people like you who use the free services.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
