Question about Husqvarna Viking 1
If your bobbin still has thread on it, remove it by hand and then try to pull the bobbin off the winder.

Http://youtu.be/mQae5jtCfbc Watch this video and you shouldn't have this problem again. You probably threaded it incorrectly. I did this last night and found that I should have left the thread to run under the presser foot whilst raised and then wound onto the spool via the metal guide on the top of the machine then it wouldn't have been incorrectly tensioned. Watch the video it explains how to do every function on your machine really nice and clearly.
