As others have pointed out, you would need to provide more information to get a price estimate. Knowing what size you would need would help in knowing what price you might be looking at. I would do some shopping around, and would ask some professionals for their opinion.

1991 Miller/Nordyne cmf-80 furnace Periodic non ignition

That's a "mind of its own" condition that I've gained & lost customers over. When the unit first starts in heat, you mentioned the induced draft motor will start with no other reaction from the system, that should be the best time to locate the issue by using a volt meter. If you are getting 24 volts to MV/PV at the gas valve then you know all of the heating circuit has "proved", and that the gas valve is the problem. If not, the backtrac until you find 24v. Now if you are simply just changing parts until you find the problem, which we've all done, I believe you've changed all that you can. Check all wire connections. Its probably a loose, corroded, or damaged wire/cannon plug(the plastic plugs that multiple wires are connected), stopped up gas pilot orifice, or the gas valve its self. Hope this helps!

No a miller furnace I was told a nozzle was for homes and b was for mobile homes furnace. I have a miller furnace I want to put what is the right one in can you help me

Did you have an old nozzle to look at? The one that you're replacing? The Miller gun furnace for mobile homes is probably a .75 gal/hr. nozzle or less. You need a furnace tech to look at your furnace if you can't read the info. stamped on the nozzle. It will have a .75, or .65 maybe gal/hr rating and a number for the angle in degrees.Like 80 degree nozzle.
If you match up what came out of it,you should be fine. don-ohio (:^)

Manual for model C7BAM03648C-C

According to the web, the model C7BAM03648CC is a Westinghouse refrigeration unit. Are you sure you didn't get the number from the top portion?

C7BAM Cased Vertical Coil
• R410 refrigerant-non-ozone depleting
• All aluminum micro-channel coil eliminates formicary corrosion
• Piston metering for all 13 SEER matchups
• Field installed TXV accessory for 14 SEER matchups

Recent Intertherm furnaces have "M" or "CMF" numbers.
Either way, you will probably have to contact a local dealer because their website is useless.

Intertherm oil furnace in mobile home installed 3.5 years ago. Worked great until the Igniter transformer shorted out 1.5 years ago. When technican changed the transformer he also changed the burner...

hello,The 90* nozzle is usally installed in miller brand units because of the "short" chamber. The 90* should not cause soot.Soot = not enough primary AIR into the burner mix.If the unit mfg. wants .50/80*a it should be used.#559 might translate into a .65gph input thus overfiring the unit.If a .50gph is installed the AIR mix problem will take care of itself (less fuel).Soot is unacceptable in your (young)3.5yrs unit and should NEVER have soot at all.The problem started when the nozzle was replaced try (insist) on mfg spec. nozzle.

Furnace rumbles when it turns on

varies from burner to burner to burner , should replace with the same as you removed , the numbers are very important on the nozzle one of the numbers is the degree of the fire pattern the nozzle produces ex. a 90 degree or 80 degree etc . this is determined by the way the fire box in the furnace is insulated . the other number is gallons per hour of oil the furnace is set up to use , ex. .70 gph or .80 gph all of these numbers are critical and should not be changed except by an expert or you could damage your furnace and could possibly be dangerous . the numbers will be on your old nozzle and should go back with same one , as to the adjustment , they also vary ,but i can give you one that will usually work for most furnaces , that is one eighth inch space between electrode tips , five eights in front of nozzle port opening , and one half inch above center of nozzle center , where the hole is . bleed all air out of system after installing nozzle , let me know if no fix have more ideas
