A green screen is the sign that the image processor has failed. A yellow blinking light is the sign that the control processor has been unable to load the firmware - usually because he processor itself is damaged.
You haven't told us what is the exact model of your tv but if it's a new one (less than 5 years old) then these 2 processors are in the same chip, soldered on the mainboard - because of that the entire mainboard will have to be replaced.
This is going to be very expensive job - over $400 - that must be done by a certified repairman.
