Question about Euro-Pro 0.7 Cu. Ft. Convection Toaster Oven
The convection is indicated on the display left top side with the word "fan". So if you press the "Oven" button 3 times to select convection - "fan broil" then on the top of the display left you have "Oven""Fan" and top right "Broil" "Power" under Power the "F" and in the centre the temperature.

You can check the link below http://www.sharkclean.com/cgi-bin/livew/... If your oven it is brand new then the display should look as in the manual of TO31 REV 0606B You can check also the manufacture date as per to the diagram in the same link. You can print the manual page and show it at the purchase store in order to explain why your oven is different than the one in the manual.

I read the user manual and it does not indicate anything about a light showing that the convection mode is on. All it says is to press oven button two times. I did this but no light indicated that it was in any mode other than the temperature F
The user manual does not mention anything about a light showing the mode the oven is in other than the temperature "F" It asks that you press the oven button twice for convection which I have done and no light appears. Please give me more information.
okay, so if this model does not have that light, how do I know when it is in convection mode and when it is in regular cook/bake mode. The whole reason for buying this oven was for the convection process and I do not wish to keep it if this isn't working correctly.
I did as you suggested and absolutely NO lights appeared other than the F light next to the temp. Could this model not show the modes you are in? I am going to Lowe's today to see if they can shed some light on the subject. I have used it so I suppose it can't be returned.
I finally was able to find and see the indicator lights. They are no really visable at eye level and that's probably why I had such difficulty. I had to really bend over and look up to see them. Not a good situation for older people.
