Question about HP Media Center Photosmart PC (M7160N) PC Desktop
First make sure there is issue with your motherboard or not? For that reconnect RAM memory to motherboard make sure ram is working fine.Pull cmos cell from motherboard for 10 minutes then all settings defaults.Make sure motherboard is not ground. Reconnect processor and it's fan. if still same then you need to change motherboard if RAM is fine. Motherboard replace is cost effective than new computer. You if you replace motherboard only you need to install it's driver you do not need to reinstall complete windows. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.
