I have a Lux DMH110 therostat, I have four wires; red, white blue and green I don't know there to put the blue wire. On the direction it has Y for a/c compressor I don;t have a yellow wire. Where do...

The color of the wires is a guide only. The lettered terminals on the thermostat are important To pay attention to. R- is 24 volt power w- is heat g- is for the fan y- is for your ac. Sometimes The wire colors matchup sometimes they don't. Your blue wire should go to the y terminal If you have ac.

I need Only color coding for wiring diagram for cdx-gt550

If you are planning to install your radio, I recommend you purchase a wiring harness specific for your vehicle. All aftermarket radios are standardized in wiring colors. The harness will have the diagram to hook your radio to the harness. The problem with hardwiring a radio is the wiring colors don't match, and hooking it up wrong could fry your entire electrical system. You can find a harness at Hope this helps.

The connector and motherboard usually have a RED color/wire for positive or be marked with a + sign. If you don't have the manual for the motherboard you can get one by going to the abit site, under support or download and entering your model number.

you are always better off to go to a car audio shop and buy the wiring adapter for the factory harness instead of cutting it off.

Cat chewed through right speaker wire that supplies right speaker...tried sawdering wires together...still no there a special way to connect these??? thanks

Look carefully over the entire length of the wire for any puncture or crushed insulation. Cat teeth, especially kitten teeth, can exert needle-like pressure that could sever the wire without leaving easily visible damage. My rock-headed cat does this too.

Almost universally, a red or green colored wire is (+) and a copper colored wire is the ground (-). Make sure the same colored wires are soldered together.

The best way to repair headphone wires is to offset the solder joints of the (+) wire and the ground wire so that they don't short circuit. Inotherwords, don't have the solder joints opposite of each other so that they might touch together.

A good quality shrink tubing should go over the repair to relieve stress on the soldered joints. These wires, by the way, are enamel-coated and need to be tinned with resin-core electronic solder before joining and soldering the wires together.

Don't breathe the fumes when soldering and wash your hands after you are done handling the solder.

The fuse blows as soon as i plug in the washing machine

You have a dead short somwhere maybe you can check all the connections and wireing. See if there are any burnt spots if there are that may be the short. If not you could disconect wires one at a time untill it don't blow . I disconnect the wires and plug them back in one at a time so I don't blow so many fuses they get expensive. With a breaker it's not so bad. When you plug one in and it blows you have found the circuit causing the problem. If you do this be sure and write the colors and wire numbers down and don't get them mixed up or you will have more shorts. Hope this helps.

I have a 1997 Aerostar and would like to wire for trailer lights. I opened the panel on the left side just in front of the tail lights and found a couple wiring receptacles. Are these for trailer...

if they have color coded wires that are brown, green, yellow and black then its possible.but i don`t think can buy a trailer wire adapter that just plugs into the car factory wiring so you don`t have to splice(solder) the wires into the car wiring and it will show you the area for the connection and picture.if you don`t want to go that route then the tail light wires colors are brown.the left signal color is yellow and the right is green and the ground wire on the car is black but on the trailer wire harness it is white.
