Question about Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition
Use utorrent for it is light and efficient. Then there are lots of torrent websites to choose from
even utorrent has a search bar on the upper part for easy torrent search.
Download torrents which has more seeds not leeches.. It's faster if there are more seeds.
All files will be in the download folder in your my documents folder. Just make sure you have the proper software to open the files you download.

For downloading the torrent file please follow the instructions
1) Download the Torrent Downloading Agent
2) Install the Downloading agent
3) Download your torrent file
4) Open the downlaoded torrent file into Downloading agent (utorrent)
5) It will start downloading.

I would not recommend it as it may interfere with other data on your PC which could be very difficult and time consuming to fix. I would not recommend doing anything with your PC while defragmenting. I usually schedule a defrag once a month, usually in the middle of the night, so I know I won't be using it at the time.

Browse to a site that serves torrent files and peruse their list to find a file you want to download.
Click the link that provides you with the .torrent file. This file type will be recognized by uTorrent if you've set the option for it to do so. If it is not opened automatically by uTorrent, then save the .torrent file to your hard drive.
Run uTorrent and click "Add Torrent..." from the File menu. Select the .torrent file you saved in the previous step. The download item should appear in the main window. Once the program has found peers that are serving the file, it will begin downloading the file to your computer.
