please check your hardware version. Once you know the version for your G510 Wireless PCI Adapter then go to D-Link website to download the driver. If you are using version C then you will not find it in the D-Link website. but you can get it here : http:/www.dlink.com.au/tech/Download/download.aspx?product=DWL-G510&revision=REV_C&filetype=Drivers
I have tried and it's working fine.

The device will not start...I have tried unplugging...plugging back in. Uninstalling and reinstalling. Keep getting the same yellow quotation mark on my Device Manager... Please help..have lots of pictures and info on the device.

This is because this device will never be compatible with a 64 bit VISTA OS. Olympus now has a VN-3200PC or VN-5200PC that are compatible with the 64 bit VISTA OS platform.

Try downloading MidiOx and troubleshooting with it. It will show you if you have any midi activity and which channel your Casio is transmitting on etc.
