SOURCE: omega europa 40-1 oven settings?
I had the same problem when I moved into my current apartment (mine's the 20-1 model). I was at a loss as to what all those symbols meant, so emailed firstname.lastname@example.org and they sent me a pdf copy of the manual. It's not exactly the same model as you have, but I assume the symbols are the same. I'm happy to email you my manual if you'd like. Otherwise, the controls (for the 20-1 at least) are as follows:
Fan symbol - defrost (fan only - does not use thermostat)
Fan symbol within a circle - fan forced oven
3 little triangles - static grill (keep oven door open)
3 triangles above the fan symbol - fan grill (keep door closed)
I hope that all makes sense.

I appreciate your post, Steve!
From my understanding you would like to know which wire should be used from the bracket box to your oven for your Frigidaire oven. I have provided you a copy of your installation manual. I am showing that the amp needed for your oven is a 40 amp circuit. I hope that is helpful for you. -Matt
