Has model LG LD-1415M have a child lock and where is it on this model. We can't find it

CL is 'Child Lock'.

A CL code or CHILD/CONTROL LOCK reading on the dryer's display is not actually an error code, but rather an indication that the Child/Control Lock feature is active. For most models, press and hold the key labeled CHILD LOCK (secondary function) for 3 seconds to disable the Child Lock feature.

PLEASE NOTE: ON other newer LG front load washing machines hold the PREWASH/CHILD LOCK button for 3 to 5 seconds to turn CHILD LOCK OFF.

Pressing this button stops operation of other buttons.
"Locking" or "Un-Locking" is repeated whenever pressing the CHILD LOCK button. (For "Locking" or "Un-.Locking" press the "CHILD LOCK" button for 3 secs.)
When 'CHILD LOCK' is activated, pressing the other buttons would not work.

The Child Lock can be activated and deactivated by pressing and holding both the Temp button and the right Option button simultaneously for 3 seconds as shown below.

hold down the rinse and prewash buttons at the same time for 3 seconds , do the same to start it also.

EI means that there is a water inlet problem, but since you have mentioned water was coming into the machine fine and all the hoses are ok it should be the motor that had died and therefore could not pump the water around the machine .If your machine is about as old as 3 years then perhaps that is the life span of the motor. Good luck!

First off, clean the detergent dispenser as best you can using white vinegar.. make sure you get any and all left over soap deposits off the cup and edges of it then,... try cycling the dishwasher without any dishes on the hottest setting and after it is about ten minutes into the cycle.. pause it and add two cups of white vinegar inside the dishwasher.. That should remove most , if not all left over deposits from the system. See if that frees up the dispenser .. Make sure the drain filter is has been cleaned thoroughly prior to running this process.. Hope this helps...
