I would like to find out how to play audio from my panasonic viera tx-40cx400b tv/other devices e.g. xbox one etc through to my Teac A-H300 amplifier.

Having looked at the TV, you will have a lot of problems trying to connect to that amp. The TV has a digital optical out output only. The disc player you mentioned will also be out only. You need a optical "in" for them both. The TV has no analogue out sockets. The only chance you might get any sound out is via the scart socket. If that is fully wired, then the scart might produce L&R analogue out. A scart plug with RCA connections (make certain it has both audio in and out) might produce some sound for the amp.
Otherwise no chance!

The amp you have was not made to work with digital signals. The TV will produce high quality Dolby 5.1 sounds. Assuming you get the scart to produce the sound, then you will only get stereo sound, little better than the TV itself!
I therefore recommend you get a decent digital amp that you connect all your future devices too. One that has HDMI connectors as well as at least two optical inputs.
Onkyo make some excellent models. For example this model would do the job Onkyo TXSR444 Home Cinema Receiver.

need more input.........
connected what ?
i'll give you a tip about optical sound.
if the socket glows red it's an output, if it doesn't then its an input.....optical sockets don't work two way, like some people seem to think.
other then that try selecting the optical channel using the source button.

It doesnt work enymore from Acer intel at the first step Acer3680

Do a complete power cycle by removing the power cord and battery. Remove all attached devices. Press power button for 30 seconds.

Try turning on system, if this does not help then the best possible solution would be for you to reseat the memory, Hard drive and the optical drive.

The service manuals will be available in the manufacturer's website. else I would request you to contact HP for reseating the same because I doubt a hard drive issue. If reseating does not help probably you need to install each component one by one to isolate the issue, whether it is the HDD/ Memory/ Optical Drive/ Main board.

Kindly comment.

Audio problem when connecting to a PS3

It seems the Denon and PS3 don't play nice together on DTS. If you take off the DTS setting, then the PS3 will use DD and you'll get surround for games and movies.

Digital audio problems

Try using a different cable for starters, regular rca, another optical or coaxial. If the optical works, then its a cable problem. If the coaxial works(and another optical doesnt), then its a cable/jack problem. If the RCA works(and the rest don't), then its a problem with the digital output. Try blowing into the holes, and if nothing works and you can't find any other advice, contact Pioneer. Good luck
