First time we got the code, the machine would not continue to operate, even after multiple attempts. Had to disconnect the hose between the tub and pump and found it to be the wire from an under-wire bra that was stuck in there. How it got in there, who knows, but if it's strong enough to stop the pump in the washer, women should rest assured it's probably more than strong enough to accomplish its intended task.
The error code means Long Drain. Check and see if the drain hose is too high, kinked or blocked.
The pump may also have something in it causing it not to pump.
What about if I get the code once and a while? I can get a cycle out of the washer then the next time I get the Long Drain code.
I would check the pump and hose just in case something is in it .

The pump on those washers are not very strong starting so they can be stuck easily . Check the clean out as it may have more in it.
Opps no clean out on that modal My bad!
