Your lcd is failing. The easiest and cheapest way to fix it is to take the lcd housing apart and find the model number of the lcd itself. Usually it's something like LQ15245-L03
Go on ebay, find a matching one, YES the "-L03" or whatever number your laptop has matters, and just swap it out.
If you provide me the model number of your laptop I might be able to dig up a tutorial on the whole process too.
