In Windows Media Player, click on Library, and then find the icon of the GoGear. When you click on the icon, a set of folders should show up, one of which is labelled "Songs." Just highlight an individual song, and then press the "delete" button on the computer's keyboard. Once you are comfortable with this, you can highlight entire sections of songs, and delete songs in bulk if you need to.

How do you delete a album or song from the phillips gogear vibe

The best way to do it is to connect it to a PC. Right click on the Device logo, select explore , identify the files or songs , right click the mouse on those files or songs and select delete and click on Yes.
Since you can see all the data on a bigger screen one makes lesser mistakes while deleting .

I have Phillips GoGear Vibe 8GB SA2VBE08K It is

Use a pen tip or other sharp object to insert the RESET hole on the side of the player.

Here is a page which shows you how to transfer music over to your new Phillips Media Player. Windows Media Player sync is specific to Windows products. Do NOT use this to transfer music to your Phillips media player. Use the software supplied by the manufacturer.

I have a phillips go gear MP3 player and when i turn it on it freezes only the words www.phillips/welcome.com screens shows. how to i fix this?

Hello

Your GoGear is freezing because there is an error in the operating system and can be fixed by resetting the device. Resetting the GoGear is similar to rebooting your computer. You will not lose any of the data uploaded to the device. To reset the GoGear, press the "Reset" button located on the left of the device. The screen will go blank for a few seconds and then turn back on.

If the GoGear freezes after uploading a file to the device or if one song or sound file freezes the device each time you play it, the file is likely corrupt and needs to be removed from the GoGear. Connect the GoGear to a computer and delete the file from the device.

Doesn't show up when i plug it in to my laptop

To download music or photos on to your Philips GoGear, you need to use a computer that has Windows Media Player and Device Manager already installed. Once these are installed, the steps to sync your Philips GoGear Jukebox using Windows Media Player are fairly easy to follow. Follow these steps to sync your Philips GoGear.

Connect your Philips GoGear to the computer with the USB cable. The USB connector on the GoGear is on the top, and will be on the front or back of your computer. You will see a USB connection icon as soon as the GoGear is connected to the computer.
1.Start Windows Media Player from the Start Menu or from the desktop. To transfer files to your GoGear from your computer, click Copy to CD or Device (with WMP 9) or the Sync tab (with WMP 10). 2.Find the Items to Copy pane. In the drop-down list, click the category or playlist that you want to copy to your GoGear. Make sure that items that you do not want to copy are unchecked. 3.Locate the Items on Device pane. In the drop-down list, click GoGear. When you have selected the items that you want to sync, click the Copy (with WMP 9) or Start Sync (with WMP 10) button.
