Question about Philips Televison & Video
Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. Check the input voltage to LOT. If the voltage is absent check the feeder resistor; if any. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Transistor,#3610- 22k, #6328 SMD diode, #7325 SMD Transistor and Check
#3611/3608 190 ohm resistor by #3610
TELEVISION MAGNAVOX TS3258 Flyback Bad Replace fly -
TELEVISION MAGNAVOX TS3258C101 DEAD Shorted flyback, will also damage
IC7150, R3610, R3331, D6328, and Q7325.

This indicates a problem in the power supply either the low voltage switching supply or the High voltage power supply. The sounds you hear is the shutdown circuit activating, I would not suggest that you try to repair this problem because of the dangers involved. I would suggest that you take it to a qualified TV repair shop. This problem should not cost you much, however it is the best choice for the problem you described.

check your h-out transistor, in high voltage area, capacitors and resistors, need reservicing and resoldering....hope you can do it, or check out with qualified tech
