Thanks Jerry, I like the direction you're going with that. However, the website you provided took me to Remington firearm (aka rifle) location. But I get the gist. I'll find the closest support office / retail outlet for my hair clipper accessories.

The link below is your only source. Find out from them if there are any authorized dealers in your area. Most likely you can buy spare parts directly from them.

Sorry about that! I meant for Remington appliances!

But, anyways, you got the idea of how to find the parts.

For anything you buy or own, if the item is a little expensive and you would like to be able to service it, always buy name brands that there is available support. This way, you can find parts and service for it.

I have a remington precision hc-912 hair-trimmer. My 1/4 inch guard broke and I don't know where I can get a new one.

Use a precision screwdriver and pry the clip up. It is spring metal and will snap back into position upon reassembly. You will have to solder the battery in place. Works on all microscreen shavers supermesh and XLR.

How to use hair cut clippers

WHAT YOU WANT TO DO IS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GUARD ON IT OR YOU WILL PRETTY MUCH LEAVE THEM BALD. There should be several guard that come with it and on the guard it should have inch on it. that means what you want to leave on there head. if you go to the small you want to start with the big one and blend down toward the desired guard. you want to hold the guard/clipperhead bottom of head and start your way up rocking when you do it meaning point clipper and rock towards you.u shape (in up and out) HOPE IT HELPS
