Question about Heating & Cooling

1 Answer

My airpurifier stopped working completely, it only makes a loud beeping noise when I plug it in, as in alarm. The beeping comes on as soon as I plug the machine in. I can't turn the beeping on or off, except to unplug the whole thing.

If you have a filter, than replace it. Look up the brand name of the unit and try to find an on-line manual.

Make sure oven is plugged into a grounded outlet, and that the outlet is actually grounded.
Although extremely rare, I have seen ovens where insects were walking on the back side of a control panel, and causing problems. Could also just be some sort of electronic failure.

My vw passat battery died, after being charged car now wont stop making beeping noise, car has an alarm, can anyone help please?

wrap a rag around the alarm unit to silence it, the unit has it's own internal battery and will soon run down. Replace your fully charged car battery and then you can safely unwrap the alarm unit without it going off and annoying your neighbours. Hope this helps.

Kitchen Aid Imperial 21 has loud motor noise duing wash cycle

loud motor noises during the wash cycle usually come from a water pump. Either the water pump will stop working soon, or it will keep working for a while longer, and the unit will stop cleaning. Sometimes the pump will stop making the noise for a while before it stops.

Aopen ax34 tamper alarm--how to reset????

I don't think that board actually has a tamper alarm in the bios, password security yes but I saw no mention of a tamper alarm. Besides, a tamper alarm won't stop the pc from booting, it just lets you know that the case has been opened....sorry. I think you likely have a mainboard/ram issue.

First thing is to clear the bios. Here's how. Right beside the floppy connector, there is a jumper labeled 'JP14'. Please do the following

  1. Turn off the pc and remove the ac power cord.
  2. Remove the atx power connector from the mainboard (from power supply).
  3. Locate jp14 and move the jumper from pins 1 and 2 to pins 2 and 3. Wait 10 seconds.
  4. Put jp14 back to pins 1 and 2
  5. Reconnect the atx power connector.
Or you can just unplug it from the waal and remove the bios battery for an hour.
sa code
Try to fire it up again. If it still won't boot, then let me know the number of beeps it makes and the pattern to the beeps ie: one long beep then another long beep or 1 long beep then 2 short ones. These beep are actually telling you what the problem is.

Hope this helps! Post a comment and let me know how you make out.

My Big Screen making a loud beeping noise!

The beeping noise is usually related to the Horizontal out put transistor or flyback being faulty or one of the coils are loose near the flyback. If you remove the rear cover without touching anything can you tell if the beeping is coming from the large transformer with the red wire coming out of the top or is it coming from a black transistor on a aluminum heat sink.

PHONE KEEPS BEEPING WHILE RECHARGING

make sure your plug in is all the way inserted into your phone. If it is not completely in your plug-in, then it will make a beeping noise as it connects and disconnects from your phone. ALSO just common sense here, make sure its not just messages coming through.
