Question about Dell Latitude C610 Notebook
Computers dont realy have a factory reset the only reset function that exist is with bios to do this when the unit is first turned on press f12 and it will take you into bios but if you dont know what your doing i would not mess with bios but its your computer

Click Acer Recovery Management
Click the Restore button on the bottom of the dialog box that opens
Click Restore System to Factory Default
Click Yes in the warning dialog box which asks if you wish to continue the recovery process
Click yes Start to restore the computer to the default factory settings
Sometimes there is a default acer password which is quite often 000000 that is 6 zero's
or place the recovery disk into your cd
restart the laptop pressing F12 i believe
then follow on screen instructions
