Question about Cell Phones
Have you tried resetting your phone?
If not, that would be the first thing I would try.
With your phone powered on, gently remove the batter, then wait 30 seconds or so and then reinsert the battery and reboot the phone.
Does the problem still persist?
If so, a little more information would be helpful.
What is the model of BlackBerry you are using and on what carrier?
What version of the BlackBerry OS is on your phone? This can be found by selecting "Options" on your phone, then "About."
Was Pocket Express preloaded on your phone, or did you download it from PocketExpress.com, Handmark.com or elsewhere?
Please let me know what happens!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
