Question about Fisher and Paykel GWL11 Top Load Washer
We have error code 43 on F &P washing machine - does anyone know how o fix this? Thanks I have 4 lights indicating an out of balance switch problem for a F & P "GW 609" washing machine. I think the micro chip is inside the top control panel. Can anyone advise how to replace the switch? What tools are needed? Any ideas on the cost of the part?
Carefully remove control console, then control board. Take note of which connector came from which terminal! Balance sensor is located under control board. Remove with care. Check that little button (size of pen top or pencil lead) is moving in & out freely. It is spring loaded. If it sticks, replace it. Hope this helps.
