This could be a water flow problem. You should check to be sure the filter is clean and the baskets also. Then check the impeller on the pump. If you have two pumps find which is low and check the plumbing to be sure it is clear. Also if you have had it drained and it's above ground you will need to open the drain to flood the pipes. Good luck.

Why wont hot tub heat with jets on losing temperature on 110 volt

My first question would be about the outside temperature. What is the outside temperature?
Hot tubs that are designed to operate on 115v only have 1.5kw heaters and if the outside temperature is below 50 deg F they tend to not keep up to 103 deg water while being used. They are also designed to not heat while the high speed pump is operating.
Does it stay up to temperature on a normal basis?

I have a 1999 Laser Select hot tub. It gets ups to temp but when we get in the temp goes down pretty quickly

Does this happen when you're running Jets and/or Air Blower?
Using an air blower w/o an air heater or opening all the air controls for bubbles will cool the water rapidly.
The solutions are to get an air blower with a ceramic heater on the intake. Avoid using the venturi style air controls.
As heating and filtration are done on the pumps low speed you could change the control box to a high current setup where the heater will stay on when the jets are high. This is not possible on all controls & should only be done by a technician.
Hope that helps

Our Jandy LX400N does not show any error messages but the water that comes out of the jets is intermittently hot, then cold. I have never heard of a hot tub problem like this. Is there a way to just have...

check gas pressure maybe running out of gas then it goes out then relites check to see if heater is running continuously bad manual bypass replace it by the plumbing in and outs

Jacuzzi Laser II: Problem with the Heater/filter setting. The jets come on when it's on this setting. When I turn it to Filter setting it's fine..when I turn it off the jets come back on What gives?

The jets will run while in the filtration / heating mode. If the spa is in the middle of the filtration cycle, the jets will stay on until the cycle time runs out. So, if the spa jets are on during this time, they are on for the full duration, 2-6 hours every 12. You can cycle the jet button to high, but when you try to turn them off, they will just go back on low.

Atwood water heater light doesnt stay on

That light in the switch should only be on momentarily while it is igniting, and then go out when everything is ok. If light stays on, it's to alert you that for some reason, the burner did not ignite, such as propane is off, or some other reason it didn't ignite. If the light stay out, then the burner should be working properly.

HEATER IS JUNKY

Sounds like you have a blockage to the main jet. If you have a compressor just blow the jet out from the top and with a bit of luck it will clear it. If not you may need to remove the outer covering and find the pipe to the main jet and again using compressed air just blow it out. Usually not much goes wrong with these apart from blockages every now and then and most of the servicing places just blow them out with compressed air. Just make sure if you remove a pipe you tighten the pipe up properly when re-fitting it. Hope this helps.
