Question about Pool & Spa
This could be a water flow problem. You should check to be sure the filter is clean and the baskets also. Then check the impeller on the pump. If you have two pumps find which is low and check the plumbing to be sure it is clear. Also if you have had it drained and it's above ground you will need to open the drain to flood the pipes.
