Question about General Electric WCVH6800J Front Load Washer
Cool thing about these new computer controlled appliances is that they diagnose themselves. Easiest way to find issues is to run a diagnostic test: http://www.fixya.com/support/t9576766-found_small_part
Test T02 will show you the most recently encountered codes. At the bottom of that posting is a link to the code definitions with problem resolutions: http://www.fixya.com/support/t9556917-ge_model_wcvh6800j_error_code_04
Post back once you have the codes and we'll see about next steps. In addition to t02, you should definitely do "t08" and "t09" tests to check the hot/cold water valves.
