Be patient for a while or a little longer if you have been waiting. The channel will certainly come back.
There might be some signal problem from your network provider. Or call the customer service of your network provider and they will resolve the problem.
Give the code shown on the receiver to our network provider and it will be used to rectify the problem.

If you have done a reset but that didn't worked then either the cables between the wall to the digital receiver and from the digital receiver to the TV are loose - reattach them firmly - or the box itself is defective. In that case you can't do anything to fix it, you will have to call the cable company and they will test it, realize it's defective and replace it.

This does seem to be a common problem with the cogeco boxes. Seems there are quite a few people talking about a common problem some drops of signals and long whiteout periods. I would try a different box.

Well if you have disconnected from the Power, reset the unit, and it still gives you that message, unfortunately, the unit has developed a fault, most likely with the Tuner section, but sometimes can be the Phase locked loop section of the unit, too.
To even have a shot at a repair you would first need to obtain a service and repair factory manual. i have searched for one on the 'net, but have only been able to locate the user manual link below.
In my professional opinion it would be cheaper and less time consuming to contact, a Motorola head, or local office, and ask for a referral to a local, authorised service center. Now when there first ask for a "Quote" before allowing any repair work to proceed.
